With a view to offering our customers an all-round service with tangible manufacturing results guaranteed, Rettifica Nord has developed an area specifically designed for post-machining tests which consists in a metrological room equipped with certified instruments.
For extreme dimensional control accuracy, the instruments we use are manufactured by metrology leaders such as Zeiss, Mahr and Mitutoyo.
A particularly significant piece is our 3D measuring machine by Zeiss Contura with point-to-point control and continuous scanning capabilities, based on whose tests we can issue a dimensional certificate after control completion.
The dimensional control service is also extended to products machined by third-party companies.
