The branch of non-destructive testing is still today one of the most effective and used methods in many sectors
industry, representing the most immediate way to guarantee the integrity of a product without destroying it, but searching for all those defects resulting from the manufacturing or working process, or resulting from stress born during operation (fatigue cracks), which cannot be detected with a simple visual check.
Qualified operators according to UNI EN 473 and SNT / TC1A-86 are able to perform tests with penetrants liquids
and magnetoscopic checks, releasing certificates of suitability, according to the European and American standards in force.
The test room is equipped with a magnetic bench and an electromagnetic yoke for non-destructive testing of large and complex geometries.
In 2019 the company received the BHGE Group’s recognition of its suitability to carry out magnetoscopic tests on their parts.
